AmigaDOS replacement

I'm interested in running a 32-bit 68000 executable
on some sort of Amiga hardware. Assume it is a
"hello, world" program.

I then want a public domain operating system capable
of running that executable, again, on the Amiga
hardware.

I'd also like that "hello, world" executable to run on
some sort of "standard" AmigaDOS.

I'd like a clean interface between the 32-bit C
application and the operating system. Hopefully
AmigaDOS already provides such a thing, and I
can go back to the oldest version of AmigaDOS
and Amiga hardware that did.

Can someone tell me where I stand?

Note that this is designed not just for the future
of AmigaPDOS, but also my understanding of
PDOS/386 and what PDOS should look like when
it comes time to do something with ARM.

Thanks. Paul.

I'd hope that you're standing in Australia.

Sorry, I never used the Amiga.
