PDOS-generic POC

I have started work on PDOS-generic, and the major proof
of concept seems to be working.

I am exporting a C library from the BIOS to the OS, and an
independent C library from the OS to the application.

This should work on all platforms.

I have uploaded Windows executables and untested Amiga
executables to the bottom of http://pdos.org
